The Littmann CORE stethoscope combines comfort, quality, and incredible acoustics with advanced Eko digital innovations. It features seven sound amplification levels that provide up to 40x amplification of a regular stethoscope. It has active noise cancellation to effectively eliminate distracting background noise. A toggle switch allows you to easily navigate between analog and amplified listening modes. The pressure on the chest piece can be adjusted to accommodate hearing different low and high frequency sounds. It has soft-sealing eartips that are comfortable to wear and provide the best acoustic seal. The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to eight hours of continuous use and fully charges in just two hours.

Other great features include wireless listening using the Bluetooth-enabled device of your choice, a tunable, dual-sided, stainless steel chest piece with an open or closed bell design allowing use for both adult and pediatric patients.

The included EKO software and Free Eko App makes this stethoscope even more dynamic.
