Asiga SilCAST has been specifically developed for manufacturing high-quality 3D-printed molds used for casting silicone parts. This innovative workflow combines the design freedom of additive manufacturing with the proven material properties of medical and industrial silicones.

Instead of directly printing a silicone part, SilCAST produces an accurate, biodegradable mold. After filling with liquid silicone and complete curing, the printed mold can be easily removed by hand. The result is a perfectly formed silicone part with excellent dimensional accuracy, fine detail rendering, and high-quality surface finish.

This digital production method is particularly suitable for prototypes, custom products, and small production runs where flexibility and reproducibility are essential.
