Scissors for Cutting Tips and Tubing

These scissors are great for cutting hard and soft tubes as well as stripping plastic or rubber from wire. The tip, when opened, can be used to ream out hard tubing, when closed, it can be used to flare the ends of hard tubing, and when using it from closed to open, it stretches soft tubing.
